### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an Amazon Connect Specialist with 4 to 7.5 years of experience across Pan India for an Indian MNC. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect cloud contact center solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across software applications and communication workflows. - Utilize system monitoring tools and conduct performance analysis to ensure high availability and reliability. - Collaborate cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment to integrate systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 4 to 7.5 years. - Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration. - Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving software application issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India. ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can share their resume via email.
