Role & Company / Project Overview: Black Bull Consultants is hiring an Academic Counsellor for a reputed USA/India-based company. The role involves guiding learners on educational programs and course offerings. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Guide and advise students and working professionals regarding academic and training programs. • Understand candidate learning aspirations and recommend suitable educational paths. • Follow up on student queries, resolve concerns, and assist with enrolment procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 0 to 6 years of experience. • Prior experience in EdTech background preferred. • Strong active listening, counselling, and interpersonal communication skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Type: Remote (WFH) / Office. • Schedule: Flexible working hours, 5 days working. • Country: India. Compensation & Benefits: • Income: ₹25,000 to ₹10,02,000 in-hand. • 5 Days working. • Full training provided for freshers.
