• Role & Company / Project Overview Active opening for an Academic Counsellor with a reputed USA/India-based company via Black Bull team. EdTech background candidates preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs and curricula - Guide applicants through course selection and enrollment processes - Follow up on student queries and ensure smooth onboarding • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 0 to 6 Years - EdTech background preferred - Active listening, empathetic communication, and problem-solving skills - Open to freshers as well as experienced counsellors • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Type: Remote / Work From Home (select positions WFH) / In-Office - Schedule: Flexible working schedule - Working Days: 5 days working • Compensation & Benefits - Income: ₹25,000 – ₹10,02,000 (In-hand) - Complete training provided for freshers • Application Instructions - Submit your updated CV to the hiring team for evaluation
