Role & Company / Project Overview: ONAS is hiring enthusiastic Junior Trainers to join the Training & Development team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will teach, mentor learners, inspire the next generation of engineers, and help build future-ready tech talent. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver high-quality training and mentorship across key technical tracks • Conduct interactive training sessions covering assigned curriculum and technologies • Guide learners in hands-on coding, practical exercises, and project implementation • Support the Training & Development department in curriculum delivery and skill enablement Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Passion for technology, teaching, and knowledge sharing • Hands-on expertise and teaching capability in the following training tracks: - Java Full Stack with AI - Python Full Stack with AI - Generative AI – LLMs, Prompting & RAG - Agentic AI – AI Agents & Automation • Practical knowledge of core technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, FastAPI, React, SQL, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work location: Hyderabad, India • Department: Training & Development Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume directly to the recruitment team.
