Role & Company / Project Overview: Techtrovesoft is hiring an experienced SAP HR Payroll & Time Process Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management, particularly in Netherlands (NL) Payroll. This role involves leading payroll and time process implementations, integrations, business process analysis, and HR transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead configuration and integration of SAP HR Time Management and Payroll processes • Ensure compliance with Netherlands payroll legislation and regulations • Analyze business requirements and design robust technical and functional solutions • Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, GAP analysis, and process improvement initiatives • Support end-to-end project lifecycle including: Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Implementation, and Post-Go-Live Support • Participate in production support, upgrades, enhancements, and data migration projects • Collaborate with business leaders, payroll teams, and functional consultants • Prepare process documentation and ensure compliance with global payroll standards • Drive HR transformation and change management initiatives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5-8 Years • Strong functional consulting expertise in SAP HR/HCM • Mandatory Skills: SAP HCM / SAP HR Functional Expertise, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, SAP Payroll (Preferably Netherlands Payroll) • Strong understanding of Dutch Payroll Processes & Legislation • Payroll Configuration using PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas • SAP HR Time & Payroll Integration • Business Process Analysis & GAP Analysis • Production Support & Enhancements • Nice to Have: SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC Time) Integration, SAP SuccessFactors Experience, HR Transformation Projects, Legacy Data Migration to SAP / SuccessFactors • Additional Qualities: Experience handling payroll implementations and support projects; excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills; ability to work independently and drive solution delivery; strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, India • Job Type: Full-Time Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume to the contact specified for this posting.
