• Role & Company / Project Overview Vertisystem is hiring experienced SAP HCM Payroll Specialists to handle end-to-end payroll configurations, support, and country-specific payroll processing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage SAP HCM Payroll Configuration and define payroll schedules. - Develop and maintain Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Wage Types. - Ensure strict legal compliance and manage country-specific payroll tax reporting. - Implement system enhancements, processing classes, and cumulations. - Provide AMS support and execute full life cycle implementations. - Support legal compliance and payroll processing for designated country localizations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Overall work experience: 8 to 15 years. - Experience in SAP Payroll: 4+ years of hands-on experience. - Relevant specific country experience: 4+ years. - Technical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll Configuration, Payroll Schedules, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, Processing Classes, Cumulations, Tax Reporting, AMS Support, and Full Life Cycle Implementations. - Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll with extensive experience in legal compliance and payroll processing for one or more specific countries: Argentina, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Malaysia, Portugal, Philippines, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Thailand, and/or SAP Time Consultant experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. - Work setup: Onsite / Standard working hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Submit updated CV via email with relevant experience details.
