Role & Company / Project Overview: TalentArc HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (JD Code: TRX-26043) with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, and JavaScript to build high-performance, scalable CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Hands-on Salesforce customization and configuration. • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions adhering to Salesforce development best practices. • Design, program, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Front-end and script development using JavaScript, AG Grid, AG Charts, Chart.js, and static resources. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform and application issues. • Participate in platform architecture design and CRM technical reviews. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. • High proficiency in Apex Programming and Triggers. • Strong JavaScript development skills, along with experience using Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Familiarity with AG Grid, AG Charts, Chart.js, and Static Resources. • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design best practices. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
