• Role & Company / Project Overview Diverse Lynx is seeking Senior Associates for full-stack CWR (Contingent Worker / Contract) opportunities with an MNC (Cognizant) in Hyderabad, combining strong backend Java/AWS expertise with frontend React development. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring, Microservices, and React JS. - Implement modern, responsive UI interfaces utilizing JavaScript, CSS, and React. - Develop and consume RESTful web services, integrate with AWS cloud infrastructure, and manage event-driven messaging with Kafka. - Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational database interactions. - Incorporate AI tools and agentic development methods to accelerate engineering cycles. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5.5 to 9 Years of development experience across backend and frontend stacks. - Required Skills: Java, Spring, REST Services, SQL, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, React JS, CSS, JavaScript. - Good to have: AI integration and development using AI/Agentic tools. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Work Mode: 4 Days Work From Office. - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face. - Interview Date: 24th October 2026. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional contractor compensation package. • Application Instructions - Email updated resume including total experience, relevant experience, current location, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period / LWD, and preferred location to the recruitment contact.
