• Role & Company / Project Overview Diverse Lynx is hiring Senior Associates (Java Developers) for CWR (Contingent Worker / Contract) opportunities with a leading MNC (Cognizant). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring. - Design and execute SQL queries and integrate with relational database management systems. - Build and optimize scalable, robust software solutions adhering to clean coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional development teams during agile sprints. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5.5 to 9 Years of total professional experience in Java development. - Required Skills: Java, Spring, REST Services, SQL. - Good to have: AI/Agentic Coding, Kafka or other messaging technologies, CI/CD, and Automation. - Good ODC profiles may also be considered. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Preferred location: Bangalore). - Work Mode: 4 Days Work From Office. - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face. - Interview Date: 24th October 2026. • Compensation & Benefits - Contractual compensation commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with total experience, relevant experience, current location, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period / LWD, and preferred location via the provided contact email.
