• Role & Company / Project Overview TechTroop is hiring ServiceNow Trainees / Associates who possess strong coding backgrounds and have undergone ServiceNow training to build their careers within the ServiceNow ecosystem. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Participate in the design, configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Utilize core programming knowledge to implement scripted solutions and business rules. - Collaborate with technical teams to understand system requirements and contribute to ServiceNow solution deployments. - Support testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow platform features. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience. Freshers can apply. - Education: B.Tech in CSE, IT, or AIML. - Mandatory: Must have completed formal ServiceNow training (candidates without ServiceNow training need not apply). - Technical Skills: Strong coding and programming fundamentals. - Eligible Pass-out Years: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
