Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Quality Engineering Lead with strong hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B application testing and utilities business processes. The ideal candidate is a strong Quality Engineering professional who brings comprehensive utilities domain knowledge and the leadership capability to coordinate seamlessly with client and onsite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing for utility business processes utilizing Oracle CC&B. • Test and validate Meter-to-Cash business processes in depth. • Validate billing, bill segments, payments, adjustments, and collections. • Prepare, organize, and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing activities. • Coordinate with onsite and client stakeholders throughout the entire testing lifecycle. • Track testing progress and consistently communicate status updates. • Identify, analyze, log, and report defects while supporting their prompt resolution. • Validate application functionality against specified business and testing requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of relevant experience. • Domain: In-depth expertise in the Utilities domain. • Must-Have Technical Skills: Oracle CC&B application testing, SIT & End-to-End testing, V-Model testing, Meter-to-Cash, Billing & Bill Segments, Payments, Adjustments, Collections. • Testing Methodologies: Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing. • Tools & Technologies: SQL, Azure DevOps (ADO). • Strong interpersonal competencies for effective client and stakeholder coordination. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Pan India candidates considered; preferably Hyderabad). • Work Mode: Hybrid. • Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
