Role & Company / Project Overview: SS Technos Infra Private Limited is hiring an MEP Manager for High-Rise Residential and Commercial Projects located in Hyderabad. This senior leadership position oversees complete MEP project operations from planning to final handover. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage overall MEP operations for the project from planning to completion. - Review drawings, BOQs, and method statements for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and all related services. - Plan resources, budgets, schedules, and monitor project progress. - Ensure effective execution of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and all MEP systems. - Approve materials, workmanship, and quality on site. - Monitor billing, cost control, variations, and final closure. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements. - Lead and guide the MEP team to achieve project goals. - Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery. - Ensure documentation, reporting, and handover as per standards. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical (MEP background preferred). - Experience: 10+ years of experience in complete MEP execution and management in high-rise residential or commercial projects. - Key Skills: MEP Project Planning & Execution, Client & Consultant Coordination, Cost Control & Billing, Quality, Safety & Compliance, Team Management, Problem Solving, and Documentation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
