Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed organisation in Hyderabad (PGM Services) is hiring an experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer / MEP Design Lead. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HVAC/MEP design, along with proven experience in team leadership, technical guidance, and client management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and manage HVAC/MEP design activities • Guide, mentor, and technically support design engineers • Review HVAC design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications • Handle client meetings and technical discussions independently • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams • Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery Required Technical Expertise, Qualifications & Experience: • Senior-level experience in HVAC / MEP Design • Strong technical expertise in HVAC System Design & Engineering • HVAC Load Calculations • Chilled Water Systems • VRF / VRV Systems • Ducting & Piping Design • Ventilation & Exhaust Systems • Software proficiency: AutoCAD / Revit MEP • Familiarity with ASHRAE / NBC Standards • Strong team handling and mentoring capabilities • Excellent technical and client communication skills • Experience with MEP Design Consultancy / Engineering Design organisations preferred • Note: Looking for design engineering professionals with leadership and client-handling experience, not professionals whose experience is limited to drafting or site execution Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email or DM to HR
