• Role & Company / Project Overview Sathguru Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., in association with Sankalp and Cornell Sathguru Foundation for Development (CSFD), is hiring an experienced Manager – CSR to lead impactful development initiatives and drive sustainable community transformation in Hyderabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead high-impact CSR and community development programmes across Sankalp and CSFD. - Build donor relationships, foster engagement, and drive fundraising initiatives. - Conceptualise and develop innovative CSR programmes and compelling funding proposals. - Manage end-to-end programme design, implementation, governance, and impact measurement/assessment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: MSW or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture or a related specialisation. - Experience: 7–9 years of relevant professional experience. - Domain Passion: A strong commitment to child education, child safety, empowerment, community development, and rural/agricultural development. - Language Skills: Must know Telugu and English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified in post. • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume/CV directly to the designated recruitment email address.
