Role & Company / Project Overview: Nirmaan.org is hiring an experienced Senior Content Developer in Hyderabad. The role involves leading the design and quality of curriculum and training content across skill development and education programmes, as well as guiding a team of content developers. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Own end-to-end curriculum design, from needs analysis to final delivery • Develop content for soft skills, ITES, AI, digital skills, financial literacy, and employability programmes • Lead, review, and mentor a team of content developers, establishing rigorous quality standards • Plan content roadmaps aligned with programme and donor (CSR) requirements • Design assessment frameworks and evaluate learning outcomes using structured evaluation models • Oversee e-learning, video, and blended learning content creation • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), programme heads, and partners, presenting solutions to key stakeholders • Drive content localisation initiatives and manage periodic revision of modules Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of experience in content, curriculum, or instructional design • Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline • B.Ed / M.Ed or an Instructional Design certification preferred • Prior background in Skilling, NGO, EdTech, or CSR environments preferred • A comprehensive portfolio of developed curriculum or programmes is required • Advanced instructional design knowledge (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) • Proven expertise in curriculum architecture and programme-level planning • Assessment and evaluation experience (Kirkpatrick model) • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline / Rise, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and SCORM packages • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in content creation workflows • Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent written English skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Employment Type: Full-Time Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should submit their updated resume via WhatsApp to the designated contact number.
