Role & Company / Project Overview: GlobalXperts is hiring experienced Network Engineers to join the team and support enterprise networking, NOC operations, ISP infrastructure, and data center environments. The position is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role in Hyderabad covering domains such as Enterprise Networking, ISP, Data Center, and Campus LAN. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity across enterprise and ISP environments. • Handle LAN/WAN incidents, network performance issues, and escalations. • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and/or Arista switches and routers via CLI. • Work on VLAN configuration, inter-VLAN routing, and network connectivity. • Support multi-floor corporate campus networking infrastructure. • Install and troubleshoot Wireless Access Points (WAPs). • Support PoE-based devices such as access points, IP phones, and CCTV cameras. • Work with network redundancy protocols such as HSRP and VRRP. • Support network racks, patch panels, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure. • Participate in network installations, upgrades, and technology refresh projects. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 6 years of relevant hands-on networking experience. • Hands-on technical knowledge of Enterprise LAN/WAN and Campus Networking. • Proven experience in NOC operations and network troubleshooting. • Strong expertise in Cisco / Arista switching and routing, VLANs, and Inter-VLAN routing. • Practical exposure to HSRP / VRRP, PoE, and Wireless Access Points. • Experience with ISP and Data Center networking, network device CLI, and configuration. • Understanding of basic cloud networking concepts. • CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is preferred. • Experience in multi-floor corporate office network environments and enterprise wireless infrastructure.
