Role & Company / Project Overview: Corp Match Private Limited is hiring skilled Physical Design Engineers to join their team in Hyderabad and contribute to challenging, innovative real-world VLSI and SoC projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Work on VLSI Physical Design flow across various project phases. • Execute Floorplanning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), and Routing. • Perform timing closure and optimization. • Handle design debugging and resolve complex design issues. • Collaborate effectively within a technology-driven engineering team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor / VLSI industry. • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines. • Good understanding of VLSI Physical Design flow and SoC design flow. • Knowledge of Floorplanning, Placement, CTS & Routing. • Basic understanding of STA (Static Timing Analysis) & Timing Analysis. • Knowledge of Verilog / SystemVerilog basics (RTL & testbench). • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools. • Understanding of timing closure and optimization concepts. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with design debugging capabilities. • Good to Have / Advantageous: Scan, BIST, JTAG, ATPG & MBIST; Synopsys DFT tools (TetraMAX / IC Compiler); experience with Synopsys / Cadence Physical Design tools; knowledge of Tcl scripting; understanding of Synthesis and Sign-off concepts; exposure to STA, DRC/LVS, and Physical Verification.
