• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Professional to join the team in Hyderabad. The role is focused on Workday reporting, HR analytics, and HR systems optimization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building dashboards, designing scalable reporting solutions, and converting complex HR data into meaningful business insights. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields. - Build and manage custom dashboards, worksheets, and discovery boards. - Deliver analytics and reporting solutions leveraging Prism Analytics and Workday Docs. - Configure and support EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and core HCM reporting functionalities. - Transform complex HR datasets into actionable executive insights and interactive visualizations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Total Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics and reporting. - Certification: Workday Pro Certified (mandatory). - Key Skills Required: - Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields - Custom Dashboards, Worksheets & Discovery Boards - Prism Analytics and Workday Docs - EIBs and Core HCM - Basic knowledge of Power BI - Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India - Work Mode: On-site / Regular office hours • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified in post • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their resumes via email to the designated recruitment email address.
