Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview ITC Infotech is hiring a Senior Workday Prism & HR Analytics Specialist (6–8 Years) who loves blending enterprise data and building complex analytical solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, build, and optimize Workday Prism datasets and data-blending pipelines. - Ingest and transform internal & external data sources into Prism. - Develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite custom reports using Prism data sources. - Utilize SQL for complex data validation, reconciliation, and analytics. - Support integrations between Workday/Prism and enterprise platforms like Snowflake. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 to 8 years of professional experience. - Top Must-Haves: * 6+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics experience. * Expertise in Prism data ingestion, transformations, joins, unions & Calc Fields. * Strong command of SQL and Workday Business Objects. * Exposure to HCM modules (Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Core HR). - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Only preferred). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Model: Hybrid. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV along with notice period and current CTC details to the recruiter email provided.
