### Role & Company / Project Overview The Placement Park is hiring experienced customer service professionals for an International Banking Voice Process role in Hyderabad. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to international banking services. - Assist customers with complex banking queries, account-related concerns, and service requests. - Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly. - Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Adhere strictly to company policies, international banking procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal department whenever required. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate (UG/G) - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support voice process (International Voice Process preferred) - Excellent English communication skills - Strong customer-handling, de-escalation, and problem-solving abilities ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad - Working Days: 5 days working - Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs - Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA (Experienced) - Cab facility provided for night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their resumes to the contact phone provided.
