Role & Company / Project Overview: Deloitte is seeking skilled Subject Matter Experts (SME) for its expanding International Voice & Chat operations in the Finance & Accounting domain in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Act as the technical and process expert for Finance & Accounting voice and chat workflows • Resolve complex floor escalations and provide real-time guidance to frontline specialists • Partner with training and quality teams on process updates, refresher trainings, and knowledge base documentation • Assist team leads with floor management and process compliance monitoring Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • At least 1 year of experience serving specifically as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Proven background in International Voice & Chat operations within Finance & Accounting • Strong communication skills, sound problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Shift: Night shift Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should send their updated CV via email.
