Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for experienced Enterprise Storage & SAN Engineers with strong expertise in enterprise storage platforms, SAN administration, storage replication, and critical infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, implement, administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage solutions. • Manage storage provisioning, capacity planning and performance tuning. • Support SAN switches, Fibre Channel fabrics and storage replication technologies. • Handle critical production incidents and act as a senior technical escalation point. • Participate in crisis management calls and minimize downtime while meeting RTO requirements. • Ensure storage availability, data protection, compliance and operational excellence. • Provide 24/7 operational support, including on-call and weekend coverage. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Overall Experience: 6–8 Years (as per requirement details); Relevant Experience: 7 Years (as specified in the requisition). • Strong hands-on experience in Storage Area Network (SAN). • Enterprise block storage management and administration. • Dell EMC VMAX / VMAX3 and PowerMax (PMAX). • Pure Storage and HPE Storage platforms. • Storage replication technologies — TimeFinder Snap/Clone and SRDF (SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF/AR). • Cisco and Brocade SAN switch administration. • Fibre Channel SAN architecture and troubleshooting. • Good-to-Have Skills: VMware infrastructure knowledge, SAN administration and performance optimization, storage replication and data protection, capacity management and storage provisioning, SAN fabrics, VSANs, ISLs, NPIV, LSANs and logical fabrics. • Tools: DCNM, NDFC, SANnav, FOS, ACS Gateway, Unisphere and Pure1. • Pre-onboarding Background Verification via First Advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. • Work Mode: Hybrid. • Shift: 24/7 rotational support (including on-call and weekend coverage). • Interview Mode: Face-to-Face.
