Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: Trusity is looking for a hands-on, ownership-driven AWS Cloud Engineer to join their engineering team in Hyderabad. At Trusity, technology is being built for the next generation of learners and entrepreneurs. As TruPreneurs.AI scales globally, the backend infrastructure needs to be reliable, secure, scalable, and production-ready. This is an active builder role rather than a maintain-and-monitor position. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure. • Manage Development, Staging, and Production environments. • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues. • Support the backend infrastructure of TruPreneurs.AI. • Implement auto-scaling solutions for variable traffic patterns. • Manage AWS databases, storage, and API integrations. • Implement AWS security, IAM policies, and access controls. • Monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure costs. • Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 5 years of hands-on AWS production experience. • Proficiency with core AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, ECS, and VPC. • Containerization & orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes / ECS. • Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform / AWS CloudFormation. • CI/CD pipeline automation tools: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / AWS CodePipeline. • Monitoring & logging tools: CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar solutions. • AWS Solutions Architect or Developer certification is considered a strong advantage. • Demonstrates ownership, thrives in a fast-paced startup setup, thinks proactively about security, cares about system reliability/performance, understands cloud cost optimization, and communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. • Work Mode: Work From Office (full-time role).
