### Role & Company / Project Overview DocTutorials, a leading Medical EdTech Platform, is urgently hiring a Chief Engineer - Artificial Intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the VP - Technology, responsible for defining AI architecture, building scalable AI platforms, and mentoring AI engineers. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define overall AI architecture and technical strategy. • Design, build, and scale production-ready AI platforms and microservices. • Take AI solutions seamlessly from early prototype to robust, reliable production deployments. • Mentor, guide, and lead a team of AI engineers. • Work closely with technology leadership on AI roadmap and execution. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of total experience in Software Engineering, including 5+ years specializing in AI/ML. • Strong hands-on Python development experience with production API frameworks (FastAPI). • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Agentic AI. • Hands-on proficiency with Vector Databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus / Weaviate. • Proven experience utilizing AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack. • Demonstrated track record taking AI solutions from prototype to reliable production environments. • Strong background in AWS cloud infrastructure, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proven technical leadership, AI strategy, and system architecture experience. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Onsite / Office-based). • Full-time employment. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation matching industry standards for senior leadership roles. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should apply by submitting their updated resume via the provided application email or contact phone.
