Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a hands-on AI Core Developer to build and deploy NLP, LLM/RAG services, knowledge graphs, and APIs for an enterprise AI platform based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop NLP pipelines for intent detection, entity extraction, and natural-language query understanding. • Build LLM/RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and grounded response generation. • Implement knowledge graphs, semantic-layer integration, and AI-powered query workflows. • Develop secure APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications. • Implement testing, evaluation, CI/CD, and production monitoring. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6–9 years of software/data engineering experience, including 3+ years in NLP/ML and 1–2+ years in hands-on LLM/RAG development. • Strong Python and SQL programming capabilities. • Experience with LLMs and LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar RAG frameworks. • Hands-on expertise with NLP libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face Transformers. • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector, or OpenSearch. • Proficiency in knowledge graphs using Neo4j/Cypher, Neptune, or RDF/SPARQL. • Experience with REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. • Proven track record of delivering 2–3 end-to-end AI/ML projects through production deployment.
