• Role & Company / Project Overview Frontgrade Technologies, a global leader in Aerospace & Defense, is hiring a Project Engineer IV (RF-Project Engineer IV) in Hauppauge, Long Island, NY. In this role, you will be the technical leader of a cross-discipline engineering team and responsible for projects aimed at delivering mission-critical hardware to support our customers, driving the high-power radio frequency (RF) performance that supports mission-critical programs. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the technical leader of a cross-discipline engineering team. - Drive projects aimed at delivering mission-critical hardware to support aerospace and defense customers. - Focus on product development of customized solutions from an extensive portfolio of high-power radio frequency (RF) solid-state power amplifiers, transmit/receive high-power RF switches, and analog & digital products. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated engineering leadership experience on cross-discipline engineering teams. - Deep technical knowledge in RF engineering, specifically high-power radio frequency (RF) solid-state power amplifiers, transmit/receive high-power RF switches, and analog & digital products. - Experience delivering mission-critical hardware in the aerospace and defense sector. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hauppauge, Long Island, NY. - Standard full-time engineering schedule. • Compensation & Benefits - Annual Salary: $156,334 – $199,152. • Application Instructions - Apply online via the company careers link or connect directly via LinkedIn to schedule an interview.
