Role & Company / Project Overview: Now hiring an experienced RF Engineer who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and solving complex production challenges. You will support advanced RF modules, resolve hardware and integration issues, and collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the entire product life cycle. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Support advanced RF modules and systems. • Resolve hardware and integration issues in a production or manufacturing setting. • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the product life cycle. • Read and interpret engineering drawings. • Perform electrical testing on assemblies and components. • Conduct detailed failure analysis and failure investigations. • Troubleshoot hardware issues in a production environment. • Utilize RF/microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required to start. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field. • Total Experience: 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. • 2–4 years of experience reading engineering drawings. • 2–4 years of experience performing electrical testing. • 2–4 years of experience conducting failure analysis. • Experience troubleshooting hardware in a production or manufacturing environment. • Hands-on experience with RF/microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools. • Preferred Pluses: Experience in RF design, defense electronics, microelectronics assembly, and failure investigation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chelmsford, MA (100% On-site). • Available Schedules: - Second shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM - Weekend shift: Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM • Training: First six weeks of training will be on-site Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
