Role & Company / Project Overview: Client is directly hiring a Systems Test Engineer (E3) to support operations at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a direct full-time W2 role. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct system test activities, verification, and validation for critical systems. • Develop test plans, execute test cases, and analyze system behavioral data. • Work directly alongside systems engineering staff on-site to ensure requirements compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Active Secret clearance is mandatory (no exceptions). • Level E3 Experience Requirements: Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience. • Direct candidates only (No C2C, third-party recruiters, or agency submissions). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • 100% On-site at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. • Full-time W2 role. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Up to $80 per hour. • Full-time W2 health and welfare benefits (extra $5.55/hr on top of determined hourly compensation rate).
