• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer with 12+ years of experience for a 12-month contract role supporting the State of Connecticut – Department of Children and Families (DCF) located in Hartford, CT. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead ETL/ELT development and architecture initiatives. - Write, optimize, and perform tuning on complex SQL and T-SQL queries. - Design, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages. - Perform data modeling, data integration, and reporting solutions using Tableau and SSRS or Talend. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 12+ years of overall IT/data experience. - 5+ years of dedicated experience with Tableau, complex SQL queries, T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS or Talend. - Deep expertise in ETL/ELT development, SQL performance tuning, SSIS package deployment, data modeling, data integration, and enterprise reporting. - Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft is preferred. - Eligible Visas: USC, H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, or TN. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hartford, Connecticut (CT). - Work arrangement: Hybrid role requiring local candidates who can work onsite one day per week or two days every two weeks. - Duration: 12-month contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Contract engagement (rates not specified). • Application Instructions - Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting an updated resume.
