• Role & Company / Project Overview: Centstone is seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer / ETL Developer with strong technical expertise in Tableau, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and data integration to support enterprise reporting, data migration, and analytics initiatives in Hartford, Connecticut. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop, maintain, and deploy Tableau reports and interactive dashboards. - Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and T-SQL scripts. - Develop, maintain, and optimize SSIS ETL/ELT packages and data pipelines. - Perform data migration, data mapping, data reconciliation, validation, and integration tasks. - Optimize SQL queries and SSIS package performance for high efficiency. - Work across database platforms including SQL Server, DB2, and other enterprise databases. - Manage SSIS deployments, configure SQL Server Agent jobs, and oversee version control. - Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to validate business and reporting requirements. - Support enterprise reporting solutions, including drill-down, summary, cross-tab, and dynamic analytical reports. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience. - 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries. - 5+ years of experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, or Talend. - Strong experience in query performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Proven experience deploying SSIS packages, configuring environment variables, and creating SQL Server Agent jobs. - Experience utilizing Git, Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC), or similar source control tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills. - Preferred skills: Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - Location: Hartford, Connecticut (local candidates preferred; must be able to meet onsite work requirements). • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested and qualified candidates should email their updated resume to the designated recruiter.
