Role & Company / Project Overview BayOne Solutions is hiring an experienced Assistant Delivery Manager (Assistant Delivery / Recruitment Manager) based onsite in Gurugram. The position is tailored for professionals with extensive exposure to US Staffing and Delivery operations, specifically with direct clients and Statement of Work (SOW)-based engagements. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee and manage direct client relationships and enterprise delivery operations. • Handle Statement of Work (SOW)-based client engagements. • Execute effective delivery management and workforce planning strategies. • Lead, mentor, and manage delivery teams while monitoring key delivery metrics. • Maintain effective stakeholder management and communication across accounts. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8 to 14 years of professional experience in US Staffing and Delivery management. • Proven track record managing direct/enterprise client relationships. • Hands-on experience with SOW-based staffing engagements. • Strong delivery, workforce planning, and client management capabilities. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
