Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Client Delivery Manager specializing in US Staffing to oversee account management and full-cycle talent fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and fulfillment for dedicated US client accounts. • Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to ensure SLA compliance, submittal targets, and quality standards. • Interface with clients and account managers to understand technical hiring needs and prioritize openings. • Track recruiting metrics, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure candidate closure. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong background and hands-on expertise in US Staffing delivery and account management. • Familiarity with US visa categories, tax classifications, compliance, and rate negotiations. • Demonstrated team management, operational governance, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
