• Role & Company / Project Overview: Talentzen Consulting is hiring for the position of Project Support – Electrical (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager) in Gurugram (Gurgaon). This opportunity is specifically within the Renewable Energy industry, dedicated strictly to Wind Energy Projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the project execution team. - Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordination of daily and milestone-driven project activities. - Track overall project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely closure of activities. - Maintain and update complete project documentation, trackers, and periodic reports. - Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and clients. - Support procurement processes, site coordination, and regulatory/technical compliance activities related to electrical works as applicable. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree). - Overall Experience: 5–12 years overall experience (with 3–8 years of relevant experience in project support or project management within the electrical domain). - Industry Experience: Renewable Energy sector experience (Wind Energy projects only). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and standard project management tools is an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India. - Workplace Type: Onsite project support. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV at the earliest for review.
