• Role & Company / Project Overview: HARTEK GROUP is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Power Systems for 400kV Substation & Switchyard Projects, based at the Head Office in Mohali, Punjab. This position is tailored for professionals looking to upgrade their career in the power sector, build the future, contribute, and excel in large-scale infrastructure project management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage execution of Power Systems projects focusing on Substations & Switchyard (specifically 400kV Projects) - Oversee end-to-end project planning, engineering coordination, scheduling, and milestone tracking - Coordinate between technical teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution - Ensure strict compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks - Monitor site progress, manage resource allocation, and mitigate project delays or bottlenecks • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 to 15 Years in power systems and electrical infrastructure projects - Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - Core Domain Expertise: Substations & Switchyard (400kV Projects) - Strong project management skills and extensive hands-on experience in power sector projects - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Mohali, Punjab (Head Office) - Onsite role based at head office with project coordination • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Share your CV to apply for the position.
