Role & Company / Project Overview: An exciting new hospitality brand opening in Gurugram is looking for a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead dining operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences as part of this new journey. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee all daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. • Manage and lead restaurant, banquet, and service teams with a strong focus on hospitality excellence. • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards. • Handle guest relations, address feedback proactively, and ensure seamless dining experiences. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong background and proven track record in hotel and hospitality operations. • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and culinary presentation.
