Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee all restaurant, banquet, and food & beverage service operations. • Manage service staff, service quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational budgets. • Implement effective standard operating procedures for dining outlets and banquet setups. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong, proven background and experience in restaurant and food & beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
