Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Media Servicing Lead to manage key client accounts, oversee media campaign execution, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams within an Advertising / Media / Integrated Marketing Agency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage client relationships and lead end-to-end media servicing. • Understand client briefs and coordinate media planning and buying. • Oversee campaign execution, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. • Work closely with digital, creative, media, and account management teams. • Monitor campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation. • Handle client presentations, reviews, and escalations. • Identify account growth opportunities and mentor the servicing team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–10 years of experience in media or client servicing within an advertising or media agency. • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and integrated campaigns. • Experience managing key accounts, budgets, and senior stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Strong project management and commercial acumen.
