Role & Company / Project Overview: Elements HR Services is hiring a Procurement Transformation Manager on behalf of a leading global financial services and investment management company based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and manage a portfolio of large and small change projects across the full change lifecycle. • Lead and develop the Assistant Manager within the team. • Collaborate closely with procurement systems and tooling technology providers, internal technology teams, and business subject matter experts (SMEs). • Lead business case development covering detailed costs and expected benefits. • Develop project delivery plans including budget and resource management. • Manage project governance and reporting including status updates, risk and issue tracking, and scope management. • Conduct change impact assessments and develop comprehensive business readiness plans. • Own and enhance Procurement Change Management tools built on Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. • Manage global, multi-time-zone stakeholders with constructive challenge and effective communication. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in the Procurement domain (Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Purchase to Pay, Third Party Risk Management / TPRM, Due Diligence, Supplier Onboarding). • 8+ years of experience delivering change management and project delivery within procurement. • Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. • Experience with Procurement Technology platforms such as ProcessUnity, Oracle Fusion, and Contract Management Systems. • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis. • Awareness of risk management, ideally in financial services or another regulated industry. • Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA and/or B.Tech graduate. • Proven team leadership capabilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
