Role & Company / Project Overview: Empedges is hiring an HR Executive for a leading pet wellness brand based in Gurgaon. The role focuses on full life-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, must-have skills, and write clear job descriptions. • Post openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks to source active and passive candidates. • Review resumes, administer assessments, and conduct initial phone or video interviews. • Schedule and manage interview panels, brief hiring teams, and collect feedback. • Extend job offers, assist with compensation negotiations, and manage rejections. • Maintain smooth communication, represent company culture positively, and reduce hiring bias. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. • A Bachelor's degree holder. • Strong verbal and written skills to engage candidates and build rapport with managers. • Familiarity with digital sourcing platforms. • Ability to assess cultural and technical fit using structured interview methods. • Capability to handle multiple open requisitions and tight timelines simultaneously.
