Job description

Medanta is seeking a skilled MIS Executive to join its Sales Administration team at Gurgaon. The candidate will manage and analyze Lab & Pharma MIS data, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintain performance dashboards, and perform data reconciliation and validation. Key responsibilities include creating advanced Excel trackers, preparing target vs. achievement analysis, and supporting cross-functional sales, operations, and finance teams with accurate data insights. Required skills include 2 to 4 years of MIS or sales reporting experience, strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), and analytical capabilities. Experience in Power BI and exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma industries are advantageous. Work mode is 6 days work-from-office.
