Role & Company / Project Overview: Habulus Groups, a growing real estate and construction company dedicated to building tomorrow with quality and excellence, is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical full-time MIS Executive. The role involves managing reporting, maintaining accurate databases, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic management decisions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Maintain Excel sheets, databases, dashboards, and management reports. • Prepare sales, CRM, collections, and project-related reports. • Analyse data and provide actionable insights / share reports with management. • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and other departments for data collection. • Monitor performance metrics, ensure data accuracy, and ensure timely reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting. • Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas. • Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail, good communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple reports and meet tight deadlines. • Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation is an added advantage. • Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred / an advantage.
