• Role & Company / Project Overview: Teleperformance is hosting a walk-in drive for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join as Customer Support Executives / Ads Support Specialists (Digital Marketing Support process). The role involves assisting customers with their queries related to digital marketing tools, troubleshooting issues, and providing the best possible customer experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and other support channels. - Write clear, professional, and customer-friendly responses. - Understand customer problems and provide logical solutions. - Assist customers with technical issues related to digital marketing platforms. - Use AI tools to find information and resolve queries efficiently. - Handle multiple CRM tools and applications while assisting customers. - Manage difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism. - Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Good written English and email communication skills. - Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to work on multiple screens. - Willingness to learn and use AI tools and digital technologies. - Ability to handle pressure and deal with challenging customer situations. - Flexibility to adapt to new processes and updates. - Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing; familiarity with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, or Google Analytics; experience in customer support, technical support, or digital marketing support will be an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office - Location: Gurgaon Downtown - Walk-In Venue: Teleperformance, Candor Tech Space, Tower 3, 5th Floor, Sector 48, Gurgaon 122018 - Walk-In Details: Date: 26/10/2026, Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to 5.0 LPA - 6.5 LPA • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can apply via email or contact directly, or attend the walk-in interview at the given venue.
