Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in the Fintech/Loan industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels. - Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution. - Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-up reports. - Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. - Meet defined response time and service quality targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Voice/Non-Voice processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities. - Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office. - A customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and a proactive approach. - Language Requirements: Candidates must be proficient in Hindi and English, along with any one of the following language combinations: - Hindi + English + Tamil - Hindi + English + Kannada - Hindi + English + Bengali - Hindi + English + Marathi - Hindi + English + Assamese - Hindi + English • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. - Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working). • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹37,000 per month maximum (depending on experience and skills). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV via DM at the specified contact number.
