• Role & Company / Project Overview: 2COMS is hiring for the position of Greenlight Expert 1 (Sahara) for its Gurgaon operations. This role focuses on providing front-line customer assistance, query resolution, and operational support. There are 4 positions open (including 3 new openings plus 1 backfill), and immediate joiners are required. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver prompt and effective customer service support to users and stakeholders. - Handle and resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy. - Utilize internal computer systems and software to log, update, and manage support cases. - Maintain high quality, performance, and customer satisfaction standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Pass. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills. - Proven customer service skills. - Immediate joiners are required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Work Mode: Onsite. - Location: Sector 39, Unitech Cyber Park, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand + ₹4,000 Variable Pay per month. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should apply by submitting their updated CV to the designated recruitment contact.
