Role & Company / Project Overview: Dynamic Engineers Infratrack Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering excellence in railway infrastructure and railway steel bridge projects. Be a part of our team and contribute to building stronger connections through steel and track. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities. • Ensure work execution is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and enforce safety compliance. • Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure efficient execution of civil and steel bridge work. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably in railway steel bridge projects. • Technical Competence: Highly proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications of steel bridges and civil works. • Strong technical, site coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work on-site in Gujarat.
