• Role & Company / Project Overview Bright Path Education Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Special Wing Coordinator in Greater Noida to supervise and coordinate operations within its Special Needs Wing. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee the day-to-day operations and academic schedules of the Special Needs Wing. - Lead, manage, and support special educators, counselors, and shadow teachers. - Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to design and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). - Ensure compliance with special education policies and inclusive teaching standards. - Track student development milestones and coordinate necessary therapeutic interventions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree or diploma in Special Education, Child Development, or a related discipline. - Prior leadership or coordination experience in special education or inclusive schooling. - Strong understanding of learning differences, neurodiversity, and behavioral interventions. - Exceptional organizational, team management, and parent communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Work Model: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive remuneration as per qualifications and industry standards. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV.
