• Role & Company / Project Overview Bright Path Education Solution Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting dedicated Shadow Teachers for its Special Needs Wing in Greater Noida to assist individual students with special educational needs in inclusive classroom environments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Accompany and assist assigned students with special needs throughout their school day. - Facilitate learning, concentration, and engagement during classroom lessons. - Implement individual behavioral intervention strategies under the guidance of special educators and counselors. - Support students during social interactions with peers and participation in group activities. - Monitor, document, and report daily progress, behavioral challenges, and milestones. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Background or training in Special Education, Early Childhood Care, Psychology, or relevant experience as a shadow teacher. - High degree of empathy, patience, adaptability, and dedication to student support. - Ability to work collaboratively with main classroom teachers, special educators, and parents. - Effective interpersonal communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Work Model: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation commensurate with relevant qualifications and industry standards. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates may submit their updated CV.
