• Role & Company / Project Overview: ZIVENTRA is hiring an experienced Non-Human Identities (NHI) Project Manager with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead a critical security transformation initiative for a Germany-based client. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Lead and manage end-to-end IAM/PAM and Non-Human Identities (NHI) projects and security transformation initiatives. Drive project planning, governance structures, risk management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams including Security, Architecture, Engineering, Automation, and Application teams. Manage vendor relationships and engage proactively with key business and technical stakeholders. Oversee project budget management, executive-level reporting, and maintenance of program dashboards. Ensure operational transitions and security processes for Non-Human Identities are smoothly implemented. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Proven program and project management experience with relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. Demonstrated track record of delivering complex IAM and PAM projects. Strong domain knowledge of Non-Human Identities (NHI), security governance, and operational security transition workflows. Demonstrated capabilities in budget management, KPI monitoring, and executive status reporting. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, and cross-team coordination abilities. Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage delivery across distributed teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: 100% Remote position operating in the Central European Time (CET) time zone for a Germany-based client.
