• Role & Company / Project Overview doo.FINANCE is an international company for accounting, compliance, and finance built around Odoo. Our teams combine Odoo specialists, certified accountants with local expertise, and an experienced finance and consolidation team. We are growing in Germany and are seeking an Operations Manager to help our German Managing Director run doo.FINANCE operations. If things develop successfully, the plan is for this individual to transition into the role of Country Manager Germany. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Help the Managing Director Germany run day-to-day operations including planning, delivery, and follow-up - Work hands-on with clients on accounting and finance inside Odoo - Coordinate workflows across our German team, local partners, and the wider doo.FINANCE network - Report directly to the Managing Director Germany and to the Head of the doo.FINANCE Network - Contribute to improving processes, reporting frameworks, and client experience • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with Odoo, ideally focusing on Accounting and Finance modules - Solid accounting background aligned with German practice (HGB, VAT, closings) - Comfortable communicating with clients: adept at listening, explaining, and delivering results - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities concurrently - Clear ambition to assume greater operational and leadership responsibility over time - Fluency in German and English is a strong plus • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Contract: Permanent, full-time position - Start Date: January 2027 at the latest (earlier start possible) - Location: Flexible remote setup from anywhere in Germany / hybrid, with occasional travel to clients and the team • Compensation & Benefits - Salary commensurate with experience - Clear career development path towards Country Manager Germany - Central role in building out German market activities supported by an international network of specialists • Application Instructions Apply by submitting your CV along with your salary expectations and earliest possible start date to the hiring team.
