### Role & Company / Project Overview Patriot Industrial Inc is actively seeking dedicated and skilled Diesel Technicians to join our expanding team. We are a growing organization located in Flint, Michigan, looking for dependable team players to support medium and heavy-duty diesel equipment maintenance and service operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform diagnostic assessments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services on medium-duty and heavy-duty diesel vehicles and industrial machinery. • Conduct routine service inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety evaluations. • Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere strictly to all shop safety standards and procedural guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience as a Diesel Technician working on medium-duty and heavy-duty diesel platforms. • Solid mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on technical proficiency with diesel systems. • Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic as a committed team player. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Flint, Michigan (Onsite). • Work Arrangement: Full-time standard shop schedule. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Pay. • Health, Vision, and Dental insurance. • 401(k) retirement plan with company match. • Paid vacation and company holidays. ### Application Instructions Interested and qualified applicants should submit their resume for consideration via the designated recruitment email.
